Bagasse Fibre Sauce Pots

Our plant fibre takeaway sauce pots are crafted from reclaimed, rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp (also known as bagasse) – a by-product of the sugarcane refining process that would otherwise be burned. These sturdy and versatile sugarcane pots can accommodate a wide variety of hot sauces.

These disposable food pots are grease and water-resistant, featuring a leak-proof and secure lid – ideal for food deliveries. Our sugarcane bagasse pots are microwave-safe and oven-friendly up to 220°C for 20 minutes. They are also suitable for refrigeration and freezing, although it is recommended to test freezer applications to ensure suitability for your product.

Please note that the matching PET, PP, and PLA lids are not microwave or oven-safe. PET and PP lids are made from conventional plastic and are non-compostable, while our bioplastic PLA lids are made from Ingeo™ bioplastic and are certified industrially compostable (AS4736).
